Boil Water Rescind Notice

On November 8, 2025 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Meeker Municipal Water District, PWS 1230004 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform our customers, individuals, or employee on the following streets: Gentry and Dishman Road. It was due to a line /valve break, which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
The public water system had taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distribution by the public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water is no longer required to be boiled prior to use as of November 11, 2025.
